At The Garden, we are constantly working to be as inclusive and accessible as possible. We are committed to ensuring that artists and audiences of all abilities can make the most of our program. We are always keen to explore new access initiatives and welcome your feedback!

Facilities

All our venues in The Garden have step-free access and are wheelchair accessible.  Where possible, accessible entry points are located at main venue entrance. When booking please contact us in advance so we can find the most appropriate spot for you and your party.  Please email us at [email protected] or call us at 08 7200 3867 

 Accessible Toilets are available on site. 

 The Garden is located adjacent to designated accessible parking bays.

 Guide dogs and assistance animals are welcome in all venues. We can offer you an aisle seat, and let you know about any special effects that might affect your dog.

Relaxed Performances

These performances allow for noise and movement in the auditorium, as well as re-entry for anyone who may need time away from the performance.

In 2024 all performances of SeaStar Rock are Relaxed Performances.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower

The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is a globally-recognised symbol for non-visible disabilities. All staff and volunteers have completed training to understand how to support people who wear the Sunflower.

To ensure that the Garden can provide you with the best customer service, if you require any accessibility service for shows sold through the Garden’s Box Offices, please email [email protected] or call us at 08 7200 3867. Once you arrive at the venue, please make yourself known to Front of House staff.

If you require a companion to accompany you to the venue we accept the Companion Card.   

Companion Card tickets can be booked in person or by phone. Should you require the assistance of a companion or carer to attend events or venues, The Garden will issue a second ticket.
